Since 1989, a portion of the commission from every home bought or sold through Windermere goes directly to the Windermere Foundation, which supports low-income and homeless families in the communities Windermere serves — funding things like rent and eviction assistance, school programs, and emergency needs. Each local office decides how its contributions are used, so the impact stays close to home. To date, Windermere agents, staff, and clients have raised over $59 million for the Foundation.
